I actually bought the shawls as Christmas presents. They were loved by everyone who received them and are still being used and admired. I did keep one for myself and was wearing it just last night. I cannot say enough about their very personalized service. Each time I have visited their showroom in Mumbai I have left feeling well taken care of, right from exhibiting their multitude of carpets with incredible patience and time to making arrangements for shipment.
Their impeccable service and the quality of the carpets have been consistent throughout these years.
Last but not the least, the carpets have withstood the wear and tear of daily use and we still continue to enjoy and admire the rugs to date (and so do our guests!).
