The dhurries for centuries have been the most popular floor covering in the Indian subcontinent has fast become a must-have item in Western homes reaching iconic and a cult status. All our Dhurries are available in a wide range of colors, design, patterns and sizes presenting a vast choice for your selection. These Dhurries are essentially a flat weave rug made of either pure cotton or the finest pure wool. They make a great alternative to thick pile rugs, as these are comparatively thinner than the typical knotted rugs.

All our Dhurries are 1/4" to 3/8" thick with matching binding and matching fiber fringe. Being a flat weave, the design is the same on both sides of the rug! Inexpensive, reversible, casual and easy to live with Dhurries are available in a wide range of colors, as well as in a stonewashed finish. The dhurrie is treated with a combination of chemicals and natural herb extracts and then stonewashed by hand to achieve the desired antique look. Our expert weavers who have been creating these masterpieces for generations are producing these Dhurries in our traditional handlooms using age-old methods of weaving combined with the finest raw materials and finally enhancing the beauty of each of the Dhurrie by adding subtle shades of pastel, neutral colors or at times using stone-washed and antique colors thereby giving a rich and bright look to the final product. The recommended areas of usages for these Dhurries would be casual family rooms, kitchens, passageways, dining areas, children rooms, kitchens or terraces.

Note: Usually all the items are in ready-in-stock but in some cases these have to be custom-made and hence the goods will be delivered within 10 weeks time. In such cases the buyer will be informed about the status as and when such a situation arises for that particular order.
