Additionally we provide various ‘Certificates of Authenticity’ that are all certified by Government of India departments including, Carpet Council of India, Silk Mark Organization of India and Handloom Board. These prestigious certificates serve the purpose of your very own CO – Certificate of Ownership as well. Besides, this authenticates various aspects of the quality of the carpets, like the knots per square inch or meter, the grade of the carpets, fast colors, wear and tear features, etc.

These documents serve as the warranty that we intend to offer you for the purchase that you have done from us and we stand guaranteed for the quality of our products during its entire lifespan. The ‘RugAssure’ certificate is also essential for your insurance purposes and for appraisals conducted by art collectors at times.

Moreover our carpets are conscientiously hand-made, hand-knotted in our own workshop in Srinagar, Kashmir, India and are diligently selected by us, personally, and then allowed to form a part of our retail inventory. All products in our retail inventory, such as these carpets, are therefore subjected to a rigorous assessment on a seven-level system and then preferred from the many carpets that are produced in our workshops.

And because we do not source our products from any ‘middle-men’ or trader/s we elevate our retailing standards significantly higher than other companies. We are hence, able to implicitly guarantee you on each and every product that we produce and sell – because we buy our own raw materials (even import from outside India), have our own workshop of 357 craftsmen and women and are a direct link to the final buyer.

Furthermore all our carpets come with an authentic appraisal certificate which guarantees the actual KPSI (knots per square inch) in every carpet and thereby eliminates the standard malpractice of inflating the knots count (KPSI) that is unfortunately followed by a majority of carpet and rug dealers. In other words, all our carpets are individually certified with their respective KPSI and are never manipulated for the KPSI factor.

Also for instance, when we certify that a certain carpet has 484 KPSI (knots per square inch); we offer a money-back warranty in this regard.
